E.LECLERC PRO FUEL CARD:Professionals, save money!

When I contacted the E.Leclerc Pro Fuel Card service, my needs were to have a card per truck with the possibility of checking the mileage at each fill-up; I then had around ten vehicles.

You trusted me, today I have around twenty cards and everything works very well. 2 or 3 problems during the year with cards that don't work or a bug on the site but it never lasts.

These E.Leclerc cards completely met my expectations. Do not hesitate to subscribe to E.Lelcerc pro fuel cards, you will not be disappointed.

My main problems were refueling at a single station close to the establishment, management and accounting processing (tickets/reimbursement, etc.) and vehicle consumption monitoring.

The fuel card per vehicle allows you to respond and facilitates management (possibility of going to several E.Leclerc stations for example). But this partially answers it because with the “multi-driver” cards we do not have the possibility of going to other service stations of partner networks whereas this is now possible with the “single driver” card. As an improvement if possible, it would be good to open up to other suppliers with the "multi-conductor" card in order to have access to geographical areas not provided by E.Leclerc stations.

I chose to assign a multi-driver card to each commercial vehicle and a single-driver card to my salesperson. It costs me 2.50 euros excluding VAT per month per card but above all it allows me to save money all year round! I calculated that I saved more than 400 euros per year, deducting the price of the card. In short, the guys are satisfied and I am a winner.

I changed to the E.Leclerc pro fuel card. Before I was with a competitor but there were a lot of extra costs. With each fill-up, I had cents added to pay service fees. With the E.Leclerc pro fuel cardit’s €2.50 excluding VAT per month, full stop. I calculated that it comes to 8 cents per day. It is largely paid for by the price of gasoline E.Leclerc.

I also use the card to pay for my interviews. Here too, it feels good totake advantage of the E.Leclerc rates. And with that, the card lists my expenses and makes it easier for me to manage them thanks to a simple and clear dashboard. This allowed me to adjust my travel rates, because mobility is a big expense in my job.
